Kansas Energy Conference

  • Registration opens August 8 and includes all Thursday and Friday sessions and meals.
  • The early-bird rate is $100 until September 19 and registration increases to $125 beginning September 20.  
  • The student rate is $60.  
  • A block of rooms has been reserved at The Manhattan Hilton Garden Inn at a rate of $112. Dial (785) 532-9116 and ask for the Kansas Energy Conference rate.

Wednesday, October 10

Pre-Conference Workshop, $35

  • 11:30 a.m. Load Bus at the Hilton Garden Inn
  • 11:45 a.m. Bus departs Manhattan / Box Lunches Served
  • 12:45 p.m. Arrival to Meridian Way Wind Farm, Cloud County
  • 1 – 4 p.m. Tour Wind Farm
  • 4:30 p.m. Depart for Manhattan

Thursday, October 11

  • 8 – 8:30 a.m. Registration & Exhibits Open
  • 8:30 – 8:45 a.m. Welcome Remarks
  • 8:45 – 9:45 a.m. General Session – Industry Overview
  • 9:45 – 10:30 a.m. Break
  • 10:30 a.m. – Noon Breakout Sessions

    • Transportation
  • 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. Lunch
  • 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. Breakout Sessions

  • 3 – 3:45 p.m. Break
