Mandy Putnam

Mandy Putnam (she/her) is a secondary science educator with experience teaching in Colorado and Kansas. Putnam received her MSc in Primate Conservation from Oxford Brookes University and MS in Curriculum and Instruction from Kansas State University.

Known nicknames: Monkey Mandy, Mandy the Magnificent

With K-State: Since 2022

Favorite part of the job: My colleagues are hilarious and I love helping teachers!

Go-to energy savings moves: Daylighting and unplugging electrical devices

Hobbies: Creating amazing icebreakers for my team, watching primates, & playing with my toddler

Favorite food/drink:  Thai food/Black tea
